How to request deletion

Email hello@dropid.app with the subject DropID Account Deletion Request and include the email or phone used for your DropID account.

What deletion should remove

Profile data, smart links, private fields, pass settings, access requests, saved/discovered contacts, and related account information where legally and technically possible.

What may be retained temporarily

Security logs, fraud prevention records, legal/compliance records, and backup copies may be retained for a limited period where required.
